Building houses for us is a vocation. A vocation where we do our best to make people happy. Our goal is to create homes where we can raise our families peacefully, in comfort, warmth and coziness.<\/p>\n

Our activity is focused on the construction of wooden low-energy houses. They combine ecological materials, a high degree of functionality, energy efficiency and, last but not least, aesthetic craftsmanship.<\/p>\n

We at Sponec build low-energy wooden houses using modern technology and innovative materials. We carry out individual orders for the construction of high-quality houses, including basic construction, interior furnishings and finishing works – turnkey.<\/p>\n

We are a distributor for Bulgaria of eco-panels of the company EKOPANELY. We make all kinds of wooden structures, with particular attention to detail.<\/p>\n
