The house in Lyaskovets is a one-story wooden house with total floorage of 170 sq.m., together with the veranda. A spacious living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, 1 toilet, a study, a wardrobe room, a utility room and an entrance hall. The facade is made of wooden spruce facade profile. Basic construction and finishing works<\/h5>\n

For the construction of the wooden house in Lyaskovets we used ECO 2 technology. The external walls feature a diffuse open system, through which they have the ability to absorb and give away moisture, thus regulating the humidity of the air in the house. The system does not allow condensation of water vapour inside the wall, regardless whether the house is heated in winter or cooled in summer. Thus, the load-bearing structure is protected from damage.<\/p>\n

Ecopanels are the basis of the construction of the house and with them we avoid the use of styrofoam and other materials harmful to humans, solving the three main problems of a building: thermal insulation, sound insulation and moisture.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
