We accept guests\u2019 reservations for the complex in total, and we define the apartment numbers only 2-3 days before arrival. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you will be accommodated exactly in the apartment you want, especially if you arrive after June 20th. We will record and keep in mind your wish, but the possibility of this depends on how the accommodations of the guests before you pass.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Accommodation for all complexes in Dinevi Resort is through our main reception at 24\/7 Diamond. After registration and payment, we direct the guest to the complex where another team member gives us a key and shows the room. This also applies to late arrivals.<\/p>\n

In some cases, if you know our complexes and come by car you can first stay in the apartment (they are waiting for you on the spot) and then go to the reception with all the registration documents.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

If you book in our profiles on booking.com, you will end up in the same place and with the same service, but with one difference \u2013 guests booked through booking.com do not receive a free umbrella and deckchair at the beach. The maximum number of guests for each type of apartment is specified in the room descriptions and includes all adults and children. We do not allow more guests to stay in the apartment, even if it is a 4-6 year old child who will sleep with his or her parents. We do not have extra beds and no extra charge for an extra guest. If on the spot you find yourself more than acceptable, we will offer you a second room for an extra charge (if possible), but we may refuse accommodation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Yes, all our apartments are equipped with individual 2.4 \/ 5GHz dual-band wireless routers and will give you a reliable 24\/7 connection You will receive your router password at the reception desk. Wifi in the room is free.<\/p>\n

If you want to have internet on the beach and in the outside areas, you can buy a diamond card from the reception desk to access the St. Vlas Hotspot network. A 7 day ticket for 1 device costs BGN 20.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The possibility of late check-out is clear 2 days before departure and is discussed at the Diamond Reception. Late check-out is rarely possible during the peak season. If possible the additional payment is 60 BGN for departure till 17.00h and 100 BGN for departure till 22h<\/p>\n

If you want to be sure that you will be able to stay in your apartment later, it is best to book and pay one more day for your vacation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The price of all types of rooms includes 1 umbrella and 1 deck chair per day per apartment, regardless of the number of guests. You credit the bonus at the Diamond Receipt in the form of coupons. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days before arrival, you will incur a penalty of one night\u2019s accommodation or the full amount, depending on the conditions of the cancellation house.<\/p>\n

As of 2018, only guests have booked their vacations directly through Laguna Tours (Dinevi Resort) and our partners have free access to entertainment for children and adults. This includes the Children\u2019s Disco at the Arena Amphitheater, the Children\u2019s Corner at the Beach and the adult shows at the Arena Amphitheater. To confirm that you are our guest at the entrance to the amphitheater, show the card you receive when registering at the Diamond Reception.<\/p>\n

For the rest of the guests of St. Vlas the children\u2019s discos are paid 5 BGN per child entrance, the parent enters for free.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
