The prices indicated on our website are final, including VAT 9% or 20% (depending on the service) and resort tax. No additional booking or arrival fees are added to the price, regardless of the payment method chosen.<\/p>\n

VENID HOME LTD reserves the right to change prices and special offers online and offline depending on demand and current availability. For already confirmed and paid reservations, the amount due does not change, regardless of the new price offers.<\/p>\n

The price includes accommodation up to the maximum capacity of the apartment, WiFi, guarded parking, use of the swimming pool with sun loungers in the complex, 20% discount on the use of sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach in St. Vlas for each day of the apartment, change of linen and towels 1 time per week, access to an entertainment program for children, resort tax, VAT.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The following information is required from you for booking:<\/p>\n

name, surname and number of guests (adults and children up to 12 years old)
phone number to contact you
your chosen complex and type of apartment (one\/two\/three bedroom)
arrival and departure dates, approximate time of arrival
special requests for the room (but they are not mandatory)

For each reservation made, an advance payment of 30% of the total amount is due within 5 working days after confirmation. The remainder of the reservation is payable upon arrival.<\/p>\n

The advance is paid electronically through the site at the time of booking, or by bank transfer to an account:<\/p>\n

Cancellations without penalty on confirmed and paid reservations are possible up to 14 days before the arrival date. The amount paid will be returned within a month, less the amount of the bank fee.<\/p>\n

Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival is possible with a penalty of 30%, i.e. the advance payment will not be returned.<\/p>\n

The advance can be used for another booking of these guests in the same season.<\/p>\n

Cancellation with a penalty of 100%, regardless of the date, is due for all reservations made online at the advantageous ‘Welcome’ rate, which is fully prepaid.<\/p>\n

If you change the booking (instead of canceling) the amount will be recalculated, with no refund of overpaid amount.<\/p>\n

Requests for changes in the parameters of paid reservations by the User are accepted only if made in writing – by e-mail to reservation@dineviresort.bg.<\/p>\n

VENID HOME will do its best to satisfy the desire for change, but does not guarantee the outcome. Where possible, the change becomes effective upon written confirmation by VENID HOME and upon additional payment by the customer, if such is due under the new terms.<\/p>\n

Check-in in all complexes starts after 14:00.<\/p>

For check-in and check-in, guests first go to the Diamant central reception<\/p>

Leaving the apartment by 12:00 p.m.<\/p>

If you wish to check out later, contact the ‘Diamond’ reception two days in advance to check if it is possible.<\/p>
